The troop's Annual Planning Conference is set for Saturday September 11 at the Bittle's house. Arrive at 11:30 AM for swimming, hot dogs and hamburgers. Adults will have a pre-meeting discussion too. The planning conference, proper, will start at 1:00 and go until we are finished with the planning for the year (approximately 3 hours). Refreshments and snack will be provided. So bring your swimsuit, super-soaker, towel, notebook and pen, and ideas for great outings and activities for the year, and we'll see you there.
